Job Summary
We’re looking for someone passionate about empowering small businesses and who can help us expand from phone solutions to revolutionizing how businesses communicate. As an early member of the Product Management team, you'll play a key role in crafting the OpenPhone experience. You’ll work closely with the founders and in collaboration with our product, engineering, design, research, and go-to-market teams to develop and deliver new products, features, and enhancements.

Job Description/Requirements
Here are some things you’ll do:
- Evangelize the product and vision across our company and industry and obsess over delivering the value customers expect from our product
- Analyze customer feedback and data to help drive Product decisions
- Create product specs for customer-facing features and tasks related to our backlog that moves the needle for our customers and the business
- Streamline our product development process, manage product releases, and enhance product quality and efficiency
- Establish cross-functional partnerships with development teams, user research, marketing, and sales to drive organizational alignment around requirements, design, and process
- Whatever it takes to keep your team shipping and successful
About you:
- You have 1+ years of experience in product management in SaaS, and have helped ship products or features
- You are self-motivated, hungry to learn and work both fast and smart
- You have excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills
- You are analytically minded and love solving ambiguous problems
- You are organized and can manage multiple projects
- You have passion for revolutionizing the way small businesses communicate
