Job summary
The Procurement Officer is responsible for sourcing goods and services for client companies, managing tender support activities, and helping with stock inventory where required while ensuring quality, timely delivery, and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing suppliers and obtaining quotations for client requests
- Support preparation and submission of tender and bid documents for client companies.
- Follow up with suppliers on pricing, availability, and delivery timelines.
- Prepare purchase orders and support order tracking.
- Assist with stock monitoring and inventory records.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and supplier databases.
- Work closely with the team to meet client and tender deadlines.
- Introduce Excelsior Global to prospective client companies.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field
- Basic knowledge of sourcing, tenders, or procurement processes.
- Strong negotiation, communication and documentation skills.
- Good analytical and record-keeping abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Knowledge of procurement laws and ethical standards.
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Experience: 1-3 years relevant experience.
