Pre-School Teacher (Montessori Curriculum)

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver age-appropriate Montessori lessons that support the developmental stages of early childhood.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment.
• Observe and document children’s progress, providing feedback to parents and the school management.
• Support the social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development of each child.
• Encourage independence, creativity, and a love for learning.
• Engage in school activities and collaborate with other teachers and staff.
• Maintain classroom cleanliness and organization according to Montessori principles.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Certificate/Diploma from a private Teacher Training College (Montessori background preferred).
• Minimum of 1–2 years’ experience in a pre-school or early childhood education setting is an advantage.
• Genuine love and enthusiasm for working with young children.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage a classroom with patience, empathy, and creativity.
