Job Summary
Function as a skilled PowerShell Developer and Automation Engineer who is familiar with the Microsoft 365 environment, including Email, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive. Review our M365 environment, analyze existing PowerShell scripts, make recommendations for enhancements, and update the scripts. Assess existing processes and manual tasks and create new automation scripts to improve efficiencies. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

Job Description/Requirements
Nice To Have:
- 5+ years of experience in a Microsoft 365 environment, with a strong focus on PowerShell scripting beyond single line cmdlets
- Experience with designing and refining PowerShell scripts for service efficiency
- Experience with Azure Active Directory and the various admin centers, including SharePoint and Security and Compliance Center
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive
- Ability to communicate technical complexities effectively to a varied audience
- Ability to collaborate, demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving, and offer guidance and recommendations for systemic improvementsÂ
- Ability to conduct critical analysis of requests, propose creative and strategic solutions, and provide alternative recommendations when requests may be impractical, focusing on scalable and sustainable outcomes
- HS diploma or GED
