Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Teach and demonstrate fundamental skills and techniques in soccer, volleyball, and basketball.
- Plan and organize engaging lessons, drills, and practice sessions tailored to various skill levels.
- Supervise and support students during activities, ensuring proper use of equipment and adherence to safety guidelines.
- Encourage teamwork, fair play, and respect among all participants.
- Maintain and set up sports equipment, reporting any issues or safety concerns promptly.
- Keep accurate records of attendance, performance, and any incidents or injuries.
- Uphold all school safety procedures and assist in emergency response protocols as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or a related field.
- Previous experience coaching or teaching soccer, volleyball, and basketball is an advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to motivate and engage students of varying abilities.
- Commitment to creating a safe, supportive, and dynamic learning environment.
