Investigation Officer
Job summary
We are looking for an Investigation Officer to handle incident investigations, gather evidence, and prepare reports to support operational and disciplinary decisions.

- Conduct investigations into incidents, theft, misconduct, and security breaches.
- Collect, analyze, and document evidence accurately.
- Prepare comprehensive investigation and incident reports.
- Liaise with law enforcement and relevant authorities when required.
- Provide recommendations to management on preventive measures.
- Support disciplinary and compliance processes with factual findings.
- Bachelor’s degree in Security Management or related field / Ex- Police Officer.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in investigations, preferably in security.
- Certification in Investigation (ASIS PCI) preferred.
- Strong analytical, interviewing, and report-writing skills.
- High integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
