Job Duty:
- Responsible for monthly attendance management: registering fingerprint attendance information for new employees daily, compiling attendance records, and communicating missed clock-in/out information to each team for follow-up.
- Responsible for calculating and submitting various bonuses and allowances based on attendance records.
- Responsible for the communication, implementation, and inspection of the company's new policies and regulations.
- Responsible for drafting and translating various policies and related documents.
- Responsible for organizing training activities and meetings, and maintaining proper records and archives of training materials.
Qualification:
1.Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Human Resources, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
2.Willing and able to work night shifts.
3.Strong communication skills, good interpersonal skills, and excellent data analysis and processing abilities.
