Crystal Homes Ltd is a premium gated residential estate in Cantonments serving diplomats, embassy staff, expatriates, NGOs, and corporate tenants. We are looking for a hands-on Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team and maintain the high standards our residents expect. You will supervise a team of housekeeping staff across the estate, ensuring common areas, vacant units, and serviced properties are maintained to a premium standard at all times. You will be responsible for scheduling, quality control, inventory, and training — reporting directly to the Operations Manager.

Job descriptions & requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the housekeeping team, including shift assignments and coverage
  • Conduct regular inspections of units, common areas, and grounds to ensure cleanliness and presentation standards are consistently met
  • Manage housekeeping supplies and equipment — track stock levels, place orders, and prevent wastage
  • Train new housekeeping staff and reinforce standards through ongoing coaching
  • Enforce grooming, hygiene, and professionalism standards among the team
  • Coordinate with maintenance and facilities staff to report and follow up on repair issues discovered during cleaning
  • Prepare vacant units for new tenant move-ins to a "show-ready" standard
  • Handle resident requests and complaints related to housekeeping promptly and professionally
  • Maintain cleaning logs, checklists, and inspection records
  • Ensure proper handling and security of keys and access to units during cleaning
  • Uphold strict discretion and confidentiality given our diplomatic and corporate clientele


Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in housekeeping, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
  • Prior experience in a hotel, serviced apartment, estate, or high-end residential setting strongly preferred
  • Strong leadership and people-management skills
  • High attention to detail and pride in presentation standards
  • Good spoken and written English
  • Basic computer literacy (for logs, reports, and communication via WhatsApp/email)
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of outcomes
  • Trustworthy, discreet, and comfortable working in a private, high-security residential environment
  • Physically able to perform inspections across a large estate on foot
