Home-Based Teacher

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging and interactive online lessons to students.
• Assess students' progress and provide regular feedback to students and parents.
  
• Collaborate with other teachers and support staff to ensure a consistent and high-quality educational experience for all students.
  
• Stay up-to-date with current education policies and trends and continuously improve teaching practices.
  
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and other stakeholders.
  
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

Requirements:

• A degree in Education or a related field.
• Proven experience teaching students of different ages and abilities.
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
  
• Familiarity with technology and the ability to effectively use online learning platforms.
  
• Willingness to learn and continuously improve.

Pay: 1500 GHS per month for a 6-month probational period.

         2500 GHS per month for the first year.

         3500 GHS per month for the second year as a loyalty bonus.
