Head of Rewards

Responsibilities:

• Optimisation: create a framework for testing and optimising Rewards such that the feature is continuously improving. This will involve working multiple internal teams, including data, product and marketing teams.

• Product innovation: work with our product team to add new features to Rewards. This may include new opt-in, distribution and marketing channels.

• Management: you will grow and manage a small dedicated internal team plus create and manage internal and external stakeholders.

• Budget allocation: the Sweat Foundation is currently investing several hundred thousand dollars per month into Rewards. You will be responsible for allocating and managing this budget.

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience of working in a client facing role for a crypto company.

• Experience of successfully using data to improve results.

• You live and breathe crypto.

• Must be a self-starter, creative thinker, and quick learner that requires very little oversight

• Must be a pleasure to work with, flexible, and easy-going

• Self-motivated and capable of setting goals and seeing projects through to completion

• Thrives in fast-paced environments and can adapt quickly to shifting priorities

• You have strong personal organization and project management abilities

• Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate, build rapport, tell stories, and relate to others in both written and verbal forms

• Native or Fluent English
