Responsibilities:
- Operational Management: Direct daily restaurant and catering operations to ensure efficiency and smooth service delivery
- Staff Leadership: Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate staff performance to foster a motivated and customer-focused team.
- Customer Experience: Ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction by monitoring good quality, service delivery, and guest feedback.
- Vendor Management: Build and maintain relationships with suppliers to secure quality ingredients and supplies at competitive prices.
