Job Description/Requirements
Nice To Have:
- 5+ years of experience with utilizing programming languages, including Python or SQL
- 5+ years of experience with AWS public cloud platform and services, including AWS Glue or AWS DMS
- Experience with creating software for retrieving, parsing, and processing structured and unstructured data
- Experience with developing scalable ETL/ELT workflows for reporting and analytics
- Experience with creating solutions within a collaborative, cross-functional team environment
- Ability to develop scripts and programs for converting various types of data into usable formats and support project team to scale, monitor, and operate data platforms
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
Nice If You Have:
- Experience with distributed data and computing tools, including Spark, Databricks, AWS EMR, Informatica, Nifi, or Airflow
- Experience with NoSQL or graph databases, including Neo4j
- Experience with data warehousing, including AWS Redshift, MySQL, or Snowflake
- Experience with UNIX/Linux, including basic commands and Shell scripting
- Experience with Agile engineering practices
- Ability to work independently and define project objectives and milestones
