Job Summary
SafetyWing (YC W18) is seeking a Content and Sponsorships Coordinator to support our growing Partnerships team and our network of Ambassadors with care and personalized attention as we scale the program.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Setting up a process for sponsorship, including the selection of Ambassadors and topics most efficient for a paid collaboration, reviewing submissions, monitoring deadlines, reviewing content to ensure compliance and brand integrity, and reviewing performance (return on investment);
- creating briefs for sponsored content creators and educating them through 1:1 calls and e-mails;
- writing content that will be featured through our collaboration with ambassadors, such as copies for social media campaigns, articles for external blogs, webinar decks, etc.;
- coordinating payments for sponsored ambassadors;
- Monitoring external content to ensure that SafetyWing is promoted in a way that is true to our product features and mission;
- receiving inbound requests for sponsorships and reaching out to high-potential influencers regarding their options for sponsorships;
- Helping in finding creative ways to scale the acquisition of quality ambassadors for SafetyWing.
Requirements
- Has experience and a strong interest in developing in the affiliate marketing/partnerships field.
- Has hands-on experience working with content creators.
- Can craft compelling content for various platforms, including social media, blogs, and webinars.
- Enjoys managing projects from inception to completion, including setting up processes, monitoring deadlines, and coordinating payments.
- Has the ability to review performance metrics (ROI) of sponsorships and content to guide strategic decisions.
- Is experienced in handling inbound requests and conducting outreach to potential influencers.
- Can maintain brand integrity across all content and partnerships, with a keen eye for detail in reviewing submissions for compliance.
- Has excellent written and verbal communication skills to educate and guide ambassadors and collaborate with team members effectively.
