Job Summary

Coactive AI is looking for a creative Marketing Lead - ABM to enhance our Account-Based Marketing strategy. In this role, you will be an integral partner to the Founders as well as Sales, and Product teams to grow our revenue flywheel and continuously refine ICP. You will lead the development and execution of initiatives and campaigns targeting enterprise accounts, driving qualified leads to sales, and optimizing conversion through the sales funnel to meet pipeline targets.

Job Description/Requirements


  • Lead the strategy and implementation of ABM campaigns and tactics, including website, landing pages, direct mail, and email
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with SDRs and AEs to drive account engagement and achieve pipeline targets
  • Leverage a data-driven approach, continuously test messages, evaluate, and optimize campaigns success, conduct A/B versions of sales pitch decks and guide demo creation
  • Lead competitive research and work with Product leadership to create the positioning needed to stand out and win in the market

What we look for:

  • 8+ years of B2B marketing experience, specializing in Account-Based Marketing
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful ABM campaigns for technical products that drive measurable results in early stage companies
  • A strategic thinker with strong analytical abilities, skilled at turning data into actionable insights
  • Strong communicator and collaborator with a knack for influencing stakeholders
  • Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and pushing the boundaries of traditional marketing approaches
  • Experience working with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and other marketing technologies
