Job summary
We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to build and lead our Projects Department. The successful candidate will take ownership of planning, executing and delivering plumbing projects while developing systems that improve productivity, quality and profitability. This is not simply a site supervision role. We are looking for someone who can build a project management culture.

Primary Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Planning projects before site work begins.
- Preparing project schedules.
- Managing manpower.
- Coordinating procurement requirements.
- Supervising site teams.
- Managing subcontractors.
- Monitoring quality.
- Managing project costs.
- Preparing weekly progress reports.
- Managing client communication.
- Leading project meetings.
- Driving adoption of Zoho Projects.
- Developing junior engineers and supervisors.
- Ensuring projects are completed safely, on time and within budget.
Essential Requirements
- Degree or HND in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Building Technology.
- Minimum 8 years construction experience.
- Minimum 5 years managing commercial building projects.
- Strong planning and scheduling skills.
- Ability to read construction drawings.
- Strong leadership ability.
