Site Supervisor

• Supervise day-to-day site activities, ensuring work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and schedules
• Coordinate and direct site labor, artisans, and subcontractors to ensure efficient workflow
• Monitor and enforce compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations on-site
• Conduct daily site inspections and report on progress, issues, and quality concerns to the Site/Projects Manager
• Liaise with the Store Keeper to ensure timely availability of materials, tools, and equipment
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of site equipment and machinery
• Maintain accurate site records, including daily logs, attendance registers, and progress reports
• Identify and resolve on-site issues or delays promptly, escalating where necessary
• Support quality control checks to ensure work meets required construction standards
• Coordinate with Quantity Surveyors and Engineers on measurement, variations, and site instructions
• Enforce discipline and professionalism among site workers
• Ensure the site is kept organized, secure, and compliant with safety standards at all times

• HND or Degree in Building Technology, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• 2+ years of relevant experience as a Site Supervisor in construction or real estate projects
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety practices
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings
• Good leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills to coordinate across teams (labor, engineers, management)
• Knowledge of relevant Ghanaian building codes and safety regulations is an advantage
