Job Summary:
Provide preventive, promotive and basic curative healthcare services through health education, community outreach, disease prevention, immunization, maternal and child health support and appropriate patient referral while maintaining accurate records and delivering quality patient care.

Minimum of 2 years relevant working experience.

Applicants should reside within or around Achimota, Lapaz, Taifa, Tantra Hill, Ofankor Barrier, Pokuase, Amasaman, Dome or nearby communities.
