Job Summary

We are searching for a polite, professional call center agent to work closely with other team members to provide outstanding service to our customers by answering questions, handling complaints, and troubleshooting problems with our products and services. The call center agent may handle a high volume of inbound or outbound calls or both and should seek to create a positive experience for each caller. They will listen to clients to understand the reason for their call, address all questions or complaints, and provide an accurate and efficient response.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer calls and address their concerns and questions professionally
  • Follow call center communication scripts when communicating with customers
  • Log details of complaints into a Customer Complaint Management System
  • Educate members about the products of the organization and the benefits accessible to them
  • Forward complex concerns/issues to relevant departments and individuals for resolution when required/where necessary
  • Handle clients in a manner that promotes excellent Customer Service and enhanced the organization’s brand
  • Prepare daily/periodic reports on tasks executed
  • Other duties as assigned



Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral) and excellent telephone manners
  • Good listening skills
  • Good interpersonal and rapport-building skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Good customer service skills
  • Minimum digital marketing skills
  • Good multi-tasking skills.
  • Fluent in English with excellent writing skills
  • Works effectively as a team member and promotes collaboration


Experience Required: A minimum of two years professional experience


Qualification:

  • A First Degree in any customer management-related course.
  • Must have completed National Service
  • Has a patient and empathetic attitude.
