Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Project Implementation: Oversee projects from start to finish and completed on time.
- Design and Planning: Develop and refine project designs.
- Stakeholder Management: Coordinates with various stakeholders, subcontractor and vendors
- Team Management: Coordinates and manage cross-functional teams, including Engineers, Subcontractors and other stakeholders
- Risk Management: To be able to identifies and mitigates potential risk that could impact the project.
- Budgeting and Cost Control: To manage project budget, track expenses and ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Meetings: Meeting with line managers and site supervisors.
- Quality Assurance and Quality Control: To ensure that the project meets the required quality standard and regulatory compliance.
Skills & Qualification:
General Education: BSc. Architecture
Experience: 5years
Competencies & Skills:
- Project Management Experience: Proven experience in managing large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with construction methods, regulations and industrial standards
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and stakeholders management skills
Knowledge:
- Knowledge in Construction of public works.
- Large -scale construction Projects
- Infrastructure development projects
