Job descriptions & requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily construction activities on site
- Manage artisans, labour, and materials
- Ensure quality, safety, and adherence to drawings
- Prepare basic 2D drawings and revisions
- Produce simple 3D renderings for client presentation and proposals
- Report site progress to management
Requirements:
- Construction/site supervision experience
- Ability to read and interpret drawings
- Basic 2D & 3D drawing skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools is a plus
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Location: Site-based (with some remote technical work)
