We need an Architectural Designer, who will be responsible for designing buildings to create unique and well-organized structures. Their duties include meeting with clients to discuss their vision, drawing up building plans and modifying their designs throughout the building process to maximize structural integrity.

Key Responsibilities
- Design & Conceptualization: Lead the design development for new residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. Create compelling architectural concepts, mood boards, and presentations for internal stakeholders and clients.
- Technical Documentation: Produce comprehensive and accurate architectural drawings, plans, blueprints, and specifications using software like AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
- Project Management: Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, interior designers, and construction teams to ensure design intent is maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all designs comply with local zoning laws, building codes, accessibility standards, and other regulatory requirements. Manage the permit application and approval process.
- Vendor & Consultant Coordination: Liaise with external consultants (e.g., structural, MEP engineers) and contractors to integrate their work into the overall design package.
- Site Visits & Quality Control: Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress, resolve design-related issues, and ensure adherence to architectural plans.
- Sustainability & Innovation: Integrate sustainable design principles and innovative building technologies to enhance project value and environmental performance.
- Client Interaction: Participate in client meetings to present design ideas, gather feedback, and build strong, trusting relationships.
- Inventory Management: Maintain an up-to-date and accurate record of all stock levels (materials, spare parts, and tools) using stock cards or digital spreadsheets.
- Receiving & Inspection: Receive incoming deliveries, verify quantities against delivery notes/invoices, and inspect goods for any damage or defects.
- Issuance of Materials: Process internal requests and issue tools, PPE, and materials to technical staff, ensuring all "items issued" are properly documented and signed for.
- Stocktaking: Conduct regular physical stock counts (weekly or monthly) and reconcile findings with existing records to identify any discrepancies.
