The Construction Manager is responsible for leading and delivering large-scale residential developments from project inception through to handover. The role ensures projects are completed within aggressive timelines, approved budgets, and required quality standards, while maintaining full compliance with contractual, environmental, and safety regulations. Reporting to the Head of Construction, the position provides technical leadership, drives operational excellence on site, manages risk, and ensures disciplined project execution across multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate all on-site construction activities across assigned projectsite(s).
- Ensure strict adherence to approved drawings, specifications, timelines, andbudgets.
- Supervise contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams to maintain productivity and quality standards.
- Implement international construction best practices and enforce HSE compliance.
- Monitor project progress and deliver structured performance reports to management.
- Identify, manage, and mitigate construction risks and delays proactively.
- Support knowledge transfer and technical capacity building of local engineers and supervisors.
Qualifications:
- Qualification in any related construction program with affiliations to a professional body or professional Certification
- At least 10 years of experience in a similar role with a construction projects portifolio.
