What We’re Looking For
We are seeking warehouse supervisors who have experience working across E-commerce and Retail, Manufacturing, and other related industries.
Technical/Behavioral Skills

• Daily Operations: Managing warehouse staff and daily operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
• Inventory Management: Maintaining inventory accuracy through cycle counts and warehouse management systems
• Safety and Compliance: Enforcing safety protocols and compliance with regulations
• Performance Monitoring: Measure and report key performance indicators (KPIs), such as productivity, order accuracy, and inventory turnover to management.
• Strong leadership skills
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems.
• Problem-solving abilities
• Good time management
  

Requirements

• HND/Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain, Business or related field
• Prior industrial experience (minimum of 5 years)
• Certifications in safety or inventory systems is a plus
