Waitress

Jobly Ghana is recruiting on behalf of a reputable restaurant for a Waitress to join their team.Location: Tema Community 2

Salary: GHS 1,500 per month

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet customers warmly and professionally.
• Provide menus and assist customers with their seating.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen.
• Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally.
• Check on customers regularly to ensure they are satisfied with their meals and service.
• Respond to customer questions and provide information about menu items.
• Handle customer requests, complaints, and concerns professionally.
• Clear and clean tables promptly and maintain a neat dining area.
• Set tables with cutlery, glasses, napkins, and other required items.
• Assist with processing customer bills and payments when required.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a waitress, preferably in a restaurant, hospitality, or customer service environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Must be available to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays when required.
