Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Truck Driver role based in Accra. The Truck Driver will operate company trucks to transport goods safely and efficiently to designated locations. Daily responsibilities include performing pre-trip and post-trip inspections, securing loads, and handling basic unloading tasks when required. The role involves following assigned routes and schedules, maintaining accurate delivery logs, and complying with all applicable road safety and transportation regulations. The Truck Driver will also keep the vehicle clean and in good condition, report maintenance needs promptly, and communicate professionally with customers and dispatch.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A license and a clean driving record, with strong Truck Driving experience.
• Knowledge of DOT Regulations and proven ability to operate a Truck safely and responsibly.
• Ability to assist with Unloading and securing cargo to ensure safe transport.
• Strong awareness of road safety, defensive driving skills, and adherence to company policies.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow schedules, routes, and delivery instructions.
• Ability to work on-site in Accra and adapt to varying weather and traffic conditions.
• Good communication skills and a professional, customer-focused attitude.
• Previous experience as a commercial truck driver or in a similar transportation role preferred.
