Role Description The Training Officer role at Multipro Private Limited – Ghana is a full-time, on-site position based in Accra. The Training Officer will design, coordinate, and deliver training programs that support employee performance and capability across sales, distribution, and operations teams. Daily activities include conducting training needs assessments, developing training materials and curricula, scheduling and facilitating training sessions, and maintaining accurate training records. The role involves collaborating with managers to align training content with business goals, evaluating training effectiveness through feedback and performance data, and recommending improvements to learning initiatives. The Training Officer will also support onboarding programs, ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all training activities, and contribute to a culture of continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Training & Development skills, including experience in designing and implementing structured learning programs.
- Candidates should possess practical Training and Employee Training skills to facilitate workshops, on-the-job coaching, and onboarding sessions.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly to diverse audiences and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to assess training needs, interpret performance data, and measure the impact of training interventions.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field are preferred.
- Experience in FMCG or a fast-paced commercial environment, and familiarity with adult learning principles or instructional design, will be beneficial.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and comfort working with training management or HR systems is an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to work on-site in Accra, manage multiple training projects, and maintain a high level of professionalism and inclusivity in all interactions.
