The Training Manager will design and deliver targeted training programs focused on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer advisory skills.
Partnering with sales leadership to enhance team performance, improve conversions, and drive premium growth.

Strategic Leadership:
Oversee the entire Sales Academy operation, setting strategic direction, managing budgets, and ensuring seamless program delivery.
• Lead a team of training professionals, providing mentorship, coaching, and fostering a collaborative and learning environment.
• Partner with Sales Leadership to understand their needs and align training programs with business goals and objectives.


Curriculum Development & Delivery:
• Conduct comprehensive needs assessments, identifying skills gaps and training requirements based on market trends, industry changes, company initiatives, and individual performance data.
• Design and develop engaging, impactful training programs covering product

knowledge, sales strategies, communication skills, compliance, and other relevant topics.
• Utilize diverse instructional methods, including instructor-led, online learning, blended learning, gamification, and simulations, to cater to varied learning styles and preferences.
• Facilitate training sessions, delivering dynamic and interactive presentations that maximize knowledge retention and skill development.


Performance Measurement & Improvement:
• Implement robust evaluation methods to assess the effectiveness of training
programs, analyzing data and gathering feedback from participants and
stakeholders.
• Continuously update and improve training programs based on evaluation results, industry best practices, and emerging trends.

• Stay abreast of the latest adult learning principles, training methodologies, and technologies, integrating them into the Academy's offerings.

Collaboration & Relationship Building:
• Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, including sales leadership, HR, product development, and compliance teams.
• Collaborate with external training providers and industry experts to access best practices and cutting-edge solutions.
• Serve as a champion for learning and development within the company, promoting the value of training and its impact on employee performance and company success.
