Job Summary

Perform the duties of a Store Officer

  • Minimum Qualification: HND
  • Experience Level: Senior level
  • Experience Length: 5 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Maintain stores register
  • Issue materials to engineers and other staff.
  • Maintaining Minimum Stock level of all consumables at the site.
  • Prepare goods received note for all materials received from head office and other vendors
  • Ensure periodic stock taking.
  • Prepare and submit weekly material usage report.
  • Ensure compliance with store Keepers Manual


Qualification and Requirements

  • A minimum of an HND in Purchasing and Supply
  • A minimum of five (5) year experience in quarry operation.
  • Sense of urgency to deadlines
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skill
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
