Stock Controller/store Manager

Job Summary:
Hillburi is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Stock Controller / Store Keeper to manage inventory operations and ensure accurate stock control. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining stock accuracy, supporting daily operations, and minimizing losses.
Key Responsibilities:
• Receive, inspect, and properly record all incoming goods
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment
• Organize and store inventory in a safe, orderly, and accessible manner
• Perform regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies
• Issue materials/products based on authorized requests
• Ensure proper labeling, tagging, and documentation of all items
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the store/warehouse
• Collaborate with procurement and operations teams for efficient workflow
• Report damaged, expired, or slow-moving stock
Requirements & Qualifications:
• Proven experience in a similar role (Stock Controller, Store Keeper, or Warehouse Assistant)
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
• Familiarity with inventory management systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or related tools
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Minimum of HND/Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field (preferred)
