Stock Control Officer

Job Title: Stock Control Officer
Location: Accra
Core Goal: Manage the receipt, storage, and transfer of pharmaceutical stock while ensuring 100% inventory accuracy and preventing expiries.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory Control: Update stock systems, monitor daily movements, and lead major stock-take exercises to resolve imbalances.
Operations: Follow SOPs, implement FIFO/LIFO principles, and ensure shelves are organized alphabetically.
Reporting: Provide daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports to the Branch Manager.
Collaboration: Liaise with procurement and warehouse teams to maintain optimal stock levels.
Candidate Requirements
Education: HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Purchasing & Supply or Marketing.
Experience: 2–3 years in a similar role within the Pharmaceutical, FMCG, or Food & Beverage industries.
Key Skills: High attention to detail, proficiency in inventory software, and strong communication skills.
