Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage social media strategies aligned with the institute’s goals.
- Create and post engaging content (text, graphics, videos) across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
- Promote training programs, registration periods, success stories, and campus events.
- Monitor trends and feedback to adjust content and strategy accordingly.
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the admissions, academic, and design teams for promotional materials.
- Run paid social media ad campaigns and track ROI.
- Grow social media followers, engagement rates, and conversions (e.g., sign-ups, inquiries).
- Track analytics and prepare monthly performance reports.
- Stay updated on best practices and emerging trends in social media marketing.
Qualifications and Skills:
- HND/Diploma/Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in social media marketing (preferably in education or services).
- Strong knowledge of social platforms and content planning tools.
- Creative, strategic thinker with excellent writing and storytelling skills.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple campaigns.
