Job Summary
Support and assist U.S. Air Force (USAF) clients on policy, strategy, and governance for Senior Leader Command, Control, and Communications – Airborne (SLC3S-A), including aircraft communications systems and ground infrastructure. Coordinate with diverse groups of DoD stakeholders across the world to maintain an awareness of national senior leadership communications needs and efforts to field technical solutions and drive modernization efforts for the USAF. Assess and advise on requirements, issues, and solutions. Support USAF clients in governance forums on topics, including tactical, strategic, and NC3 communications, cryptography, and waveform technology. Advise clients on approaches to advocate for initiatives in USAF and DoD budget processes. Develop and implement strategies for aligning disparate platforms, missions, and communications networks and architectures across the USAF enterprise.

Job Description/Requirements
Nice To Have:
- 10 years of experience with Government, Military, or Information Technology divisions
- Experience with Senior Leader communications infrastructures
- Knowledge of SLC3S-A, including waveforms, radios, antennas, aircraft, gateways, or ground and space touch points
- Knowledge of DoD processes, requirements, acquisition, and resourcing
- Ability to comprehend client objectives and assess solutions and architectures
- Ability to coordinate with clients or leadership for time sensitive tasks, including developing papers and briefings tailored to the appropriate audience
- TS/SCI clearance
- HS diploma or GED
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience with USAF processes for requirements, acquisition, and resourcing
- Knowledge of NLCC, Continuity Communications, and NC3 architectures specific to the USAF and DoD
- Knowledge of U. S. continuity policy
- Knowledge of DoD and USAF governance
- Master’s degree
