Shop Assistant

​We are looking for a reliable, energetic, and trustworthy Shop Assistant to support daily operations across our beauty and hardware retail stores in La. The ideal candidate will be versatile, possess excellent customer service skills, and be capable of handling diverse product lines, ranging from cosmetics and hair accessories to building materials and hardware tools.
​Key Responsibilities
​Greet and assist customers with their purchases in a polite and professional manner.
​Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked shop floor for both beauty and hardware products.
​Assist with inventory management, including receiving stock, checking quantities, and updating records.
​Handle cash and digital transactions accurately.
​Provide accurate information regarding product features, pricing, and availability.
​Requirements & Qualifications
​Minimum of a Senior High School (SHS) certificate or equivalent.
​Prior experience in retail sales (experience in either beauty products or hardware/construction materials is a major plus).
​Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
​Basic numeracy and familiarity with digital payment systems.
​Honesty, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
​Must reside within La or surrounding areas for an easy commute.
