Our client, a reputable print manufacturing company known for quality and innovation, is seeking a highly experienced Senior Human Capital Officer to support the enhancement of their people function and drive organizational performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee HR operations in line with company policies and labor regulations
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and talent development initiatives
- Advise leadership on HR policies, workforce planning, and performance management
- Handle employee relations, engagement activities, and conflict resolution
- Prepare and maintain HR records, reports, and performance metrics
- Contribute to the development and execution of HR strategies aligned with business goals
- Foster a positive and productive workplace culture
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree is an added advantage)
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial settings
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
