Senior Call Center Operators (sales)

Company Description

Unateus is an international company delivering comprehensive fulfillment and logistics services across Africa. We are expanding our sales team and seeking to hire experienced sales call center professionals who can close sales and hit KPIs

Role Description:

Your work will primarily focus on telemarketing, order approval, upselling, and customer service. The position is results-driven, and success is measured through weekly performance evaluations, adherence to quality standards, and consistent achievement of key metrics. Our operators work with warm leads - customers who have already expressed interest in products - and are expected to confidently present, upsell, and confirm orders. You are also required to manage follow-ups and customer queries, ensuring a positive experience that supports repeat sales and company reputation.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, telesales, customer service, or call center roles.
• Proven ability to meet performance targets and manage independent workflow.
• Own laptop or desktop, functioning smartphone, headset.
• Reliable and stable high-speed internet connection.
• Backup electricity solution (generator, UPS, or battery inverter) is mandatory.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and comfort working with browser-based systems.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken). In addition to fluency in English, the ability to speak one or more of the major local languages is essential for effectively communicating with customers and achieving sales success.

Compensation:
