Sales Manager

We have three plants for various technical grade pesticides and formulations, establish the offices in many foreign countries, obtain around 500 self-owned foreign registration certificates, and export our products to more than 70 countries. Qualifications

• Familiar with the agrochemical commercial activities in Ghana;
• Excellent communication & collaboration skills;
• Excellent command of spoken and written English;
• Work experience in multi-national companies is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsibility for all aspects of consultative selling for company’s products, including local registration, sample delivery, product introduction, understanding & analysis of the business challenges, client workshops and presentations, quotes / pricing, negotiation and other proposal sales activities.
• Participating in weekly updates to management of new activities in Ghana, with urgent and important issues being shared with management as they arise.
• Participating in tradeshows, industry events & associations promoting and advocating for EASTCHEM's products. This role must be recognized throughout the industry as EASTCHEM’s representative.
• Performing other work-related duties as assigned.
