Role Description
We are seeking a Recruitment Officer for a full-time, on-site position based in Accra. The Recruitment Officer will actively manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including developing job descriptions, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring process. This role will involve close collaboration with multiple departments to ensure the recruitment of top-tier talent aligned with organizational goals. The Recruitment Officer will also build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, fostering a positive candidate experience.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive relationships with candidates and team members
- Proficiency in Job Description Development to create clear and role-appropriate descriptions
- Expertise in Recruiting and Hiring to identify and attract top talent
- Experienced in Interviewing to assess candidate fit and qualifications effectively
- Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment platforms
- Minimum 3 years in similar role
