As our portfolio continues to grow, we are seeking an exceptional Programme Reporting & Knowledge Management Officer to join our team.
About the Role
The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring that programme activities are professionally documented, organised and communicated.
Working closely with the Programme Lead, you will prepare first drafts of reports, maintain programme documentation, support knowledge management and contribute to high-quality programme reporting across multiple projects.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys transforming meetings, field activities and implementation experiences into professional reports that inform decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Programme Documentation
● Prepare professional meeting minutes
● Develop daily, weekly and monthly programme reports
● Produce field activity reports
● Draft implementation summaries
● Support proposal and technical document preparation
● Maintain document version control
Knowledge Management
● Organise project files and documentation
● Maintain programme document repositories
● Track decisions and action points
● Develop lessons learned registers
● Support institutional knowledge management
Monitoring & Reporting
● Support monitoring and evaluation reporting
● Prepare activity trackers
● Maintain issue and risk logs
● Consolidate implementation updates
● Assist with programme performance reporting
Administrative & Coordination Support
● Coordinate programme documentation
● Schedule meetings
● Follow up on assigned actions
● Support stakeholder communication
● Assist in preparing presentations and briefing materials
Requirements
Applicants should possess:
● A Bachelor's degree in Development Studies, Project Management, Public Administration, Communications, English, Monitoring & Evaluation or a related field
● Excellent written and spoken English
● Exceptional report-writing skills
● Strong analytical and organisational skills
● High attention to detail
● The ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Technical Skills
Applicants should demonstrate proficiency in:
● Microsoft Word
● Microsoft Excel
● Microsoft PowerPoint
● Google Workspace
Experience using AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or Microsoft Copilot will be considered an advantage.
