Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Planner, based in Accra. The Production Planner will oversee the creation and implementation of production schedules, ensure resources are optimally allocated, and coordinate with various teams to ensure timely production and delivery. Additional responsibilities include monitoring inventory levels, analyzing production trends, addressing bottlenecks, and ensuring smooth workflows to meet company goals. Collaboration and effective communication with the production and supply chain teams are integral to this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in creating and managing Production Schedules and Production Planning
• Strong Analytical and Planning Skills to optimize workflows and solve process challenges
• Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment with attention to detail and time management
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in production planning, scheduling, or factory operations is preferred
• Proficiency in excel, production planning software or ERP systems is a plus
