Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Plumber with a strong background in high-rise building installations. The role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.


Key Responsibilities

* Install, maintain, and repair water supply, drainage, and piping systems in high-rise buildings

* Interpret and work from technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications

* Diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs and replacements

* Install fixtures such as sinks, toilets, water heaters, and pumps

* Conduct pressure testing and ensure system integrity

* Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and regulations

* Collaborate with site engineers and other technicians on projects

* Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance


Qualifications & Requirements

* Technical certification in Plumbing or related field

* Strong understanding of piping systems, water distribution, and drainage systems

* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

* Knowledge of safety standards and best practices

* Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
