Job Summary

The Personal Assistant with Accounting Background will provide comprehensive administrative and accounting support to the CEO/Creative Director. This role requires a unique blend of administrative prowess, financial acumen, and a passion for the fashion industry. The ideal candidate will be proactive, efficient, and capable of handling multiple tasks with precision and professionalism

Job Description/Requirements


Administrative Duties:

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Act as the first point of contact for the CEO, handling correspondence and phone calls.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and other documents as required.
  • Organize and maintain files, records, and documents.
  • Coordinate events, meetings, and appointments, ensuring all logistics are handled.


Accounting Duties:

  • Maintain financial records and oversee the day-to-day financial operations.
  • Process invoices, payments, and expense reports.
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
  • Prepare financial statements and reports for review by the CEO.
  • Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in financial records.


Office Management:

  • Ensure the office operates smoothly and efficiently.
  • Order and manage office supplies and inventory.
  • Liaise with vendors, clients, and other stakeholders.
  • Assist with HR functions, including onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records.


Project Management:

  • Assist in managing special projects and initiatives as directed by the CEO.
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role.
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Passion for the fashion industry and familiarity with its trends and demands.
  • Must stay in and around Haasto, Achimota and its environs

Location: Accra Haasto

Employment Type: Full Time
