Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Nanny role based in Accra. The Nanny will provide attentive, age-appropriate care for children, including supervising play, supporting routines, and ensuring safety at all times. Daily tasks include assisting with feeding and snacks, preparing simple, child-friendly meals, helping with hygiene and dressing, and maintaining tidy play and living areas. The Nanny will engage children in educational and creative activities, support early learning and social skills, and follow any family-specific guidelines or schedules. The role also involves clear communication with parents or guardians about the children’s daily activities, behavior, and needs.

Qualifications

• Strong childcare abilities, including Babysitting and Working With Children in a safe, respectful, and patient manner.
• Knowledge of Early Childhood Development to support age-appropriate learning, behavior, and emotional well-being.
• Basic Cooking skills to prepare simple, nutritious meals and snacks for children.
• Prior experience as a nanny, babysitter, or in a similar caregiving role is highly preferred.
• Ability to maintain a clean, organized environment and follow household rules and routines.
• Good communication skills to collaborate with parents or guardians and provide clear updates.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work full-time on-site in Accra.
• First aid and CPR training, or willingness to obtain relevant certifications, is a strong advantage.
