Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the delivery team to ensure timely and safe dispatch of medication orders.
- Collaborate with the Delivery Services or Delivery Service Supervisor to optimize delivery routes for efficiency.
- Conduct thorough checks on packed orders to maintain quality standards. Report any discrepancies or issues in the fulfillment process to the relevant authorities.
- Participate in monthly stock taking activities.
- Provide excellent customer service during delivery, ensuring positive and professional interaction with clients.
- Handle client feedback and escalate issues to the appropriate channels as necessary.
Requirements
- Must possess a valid Class A driver’s license (authorizing the operation of a motorbike in Ghana).
- Demonstrated ability to navigate using mobile applications and basic understanding of digital or in-house delivery software.
- Strong familiarity with routes and neighborhoods across Accra and Tema.
