Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts within the manufacturing sector. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our products and services, increase brand awareness, and drive sales growth. Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve business objectives, including product promotion, lead generation, and brand positioning within the manufacturing sector.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscapes, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies and product development efforts.
  • Product Marketing: Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to develop marketing collateral, product messaging, and sales tools to support product launches and ongoing promotion.
  • Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including website management, SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and online advertising campaigns to increase brand visibility and drive traffic.
  • Content Development: Create engaging and relevant content, including blog posts and presentations, to educate and engage target audiences and establish thought leadership in the manufacturing industry.
  • Brand Management: Ensure brand consistency and integrity across all marketing channels and communications, including print materials, digital assets, and promotional activities.
  • Lead Generation: Implement lead generation programs and campaigns to capture and nurture leads through the sales funnel, leveraging marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
  • Event Marketing: Plan and execute trade shows, industry conferences, and other events to showcase products and services, build relationships with customers and partners, and generate leads.
  • Marketing Analytics: Track and analyze key performance metrics and ROI of marketing initiatives, using data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and budget allocation.
  • Team Leadership: Manage a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure successful execution of marketing programs and campaigns.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager in the manufacturing industry, with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
  • Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, technologies, and market dynamics, with the ability to translate technical concepts into compelling marketing messages.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to develop data-driven marketing plans and measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including CRM systems, marketing automation software, Google Analytics, and social media management tools.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing marketing team.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
