Job Summary

Superside is looking for a Performance Marketing Consultant to join our Customer Enablement team. As such, you’ll develop performance marketing strategies and paid media campaign plans for customers in different industries across various digital channels.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop performance marketing plans for customers in various industries and follow up on their implementations
  • Translate marketing strategies into actionable plans, ensuring they align with the customer's overall business objectives and goals
  • Develop tailored solutions and advise customers on, e.g., performance marketing audits, paid digital channels strategies
  • Conduct thorough performance marketing audits, identifying areas for improvement and providing actionable recommendations to optimize performance
  • Provide expert guidance on Performance Marketing, Paid Social Media Advertising, and Google Ads
  • Leverage market research, consumer insights, and industry trends, using this wealth of data to make well-founded, data-informed recommendations 
  • Analyze market trends and customer performance data to identify opportunities for growth and optimization
  • Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for ongoing optimization
  • Maintain a cutting-edge understanding of digital marketing best practices, trends, and emerging technologies, ensuring continuous improvement and innovation


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in a tech, consulting, or agency environment
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful data-driven performance marketing plans
  • Strong expertise in key areas of digital marketing e.g. Performance Marketing, Landing Page Optimization, Creative Testing, Conversion Rate Optimization, Lead Generation
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive insights from data and make informed recommendations
  • Exceptional English communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to various stakeholders and discuss solutions in large groups
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and detail-oriented, with a passion for staying current on digital marketing trends and best practices
