Job Description/Requirements
Your day-to-day:
- Develop and implement creative marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive user acquisition for Grass
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft compelling marketing materials, including digital content, social media campaigns, and promotional collateral.
- Analyze market trends, consumer feedback, and digital analytics to refine marketing approaches and enhance user engagement.
- Manage and optimize a variety of digital marketing channels, focusing on SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media platforms.
What Experience You Need:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing in a tech or startup environment.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing campaigns, and a track record of achieving marketing KPIs and growth targets.
- Familiarity with a range of digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and content management systems.
- Experience in analyzing marketing data and metrics to gauge campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong understanding of current marketing trends and consumer behavior in the tech industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
