Job Description/Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Email Marketing: Leverage Active Campaign to implement effective email marketing strategies.

  • Social Media Management: Engage audiences and manage content on Instagram and Facebook.

  • Document Management: Utilize Google Docs and Sheets for marketing project organization and tracking.

  • Content Creation: Produce compelling marketing content, working closely with designers.

  • SOP Development: Create standard operating procedures to streamline marketing processes.

  • Marketing Support: Provide broad marketing support, applying generalized marketing knowledge, mostly in B2C contexts.

  • Executive Assistance: Assist the CMO with executive tasks, making up about 20% of the role's scope.

  • Ads and Design Assistance: Experience with Canva and basic ads management is a plus.

What Success Looks Like:

  • Efficient Operation: Seamless support of the CMO’s marketing initiatives, contributing to the success of multiple brands.

  • Engagement Growth: Enhanced engagement and performance across email and social media platforms.

  • Process Improvement: Development and implementation of effective SOPs that enhance marketing efficiency.


  • Experience with Active Campaign for email marketing and managing social media on Instagram and Facebook.

  • Proficiency in Google Docs and Sheets, with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • A background in content creation and experience working with designers.

  • Generalized marketing experience, with a focus on B2C marketing.

  • Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn new software as needed. 

  • Exceptional written English and communication skills

  • Experience in creating SOPs and performing some executive assistance tasks.

  • Canva and basic ads management experience are advantageous.
