Job Summary
The role is responsible for driving the execution of enterprise-wide transformation initiatives that support the strategic direction of the organization. The role ensures effective program governance, cross-functional coordination, and adoption of change management practices to achieve desired business outcomes. The incumbent plays a key role in aligning transformation efforts with strategic priorities, managing stakeholder engagement, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Tasks
Program Planning and Execution
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of strategic transformation programs across the enterprise.
- Define program scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior leadership and relevant stakeholders.
- Develop and manage program plans, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.
Governance and Oversight
- Establish governance structures for transformation programs, including steering committees and working groups.
- Monitor and report on program progress, risks, issues, and interdependencies to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with project governance frameworks, methodologies, and quality standards.
Stakeholder Management
- Engage and influence key internal and external stakeholders to secure commitment and buy-in.
- Facilitate effective communication between program teams, business units, and executive leadership.
Change Management
- Integrate change management principles into transformation initiatives to drive adoption and minimize resistance.
- Collaborate with HR to deliver stakeholder engagement, training, and support.
Risk and Issue Management
- Identify, assess, and mitigate program-level risks and issues.
- Develop contingency and recovery plans to address challenges affecting delivery.
Performance Monitoring and Benefits Realization
- Track and measure program performance against defined KPIs and strategic objectives.
- Work with the Portfolio Governance & Analytics team to ensure planned benefits are tracked and achieved.
Education
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Management, or related field of study.
- Master’s degree (MBA or MPA) is an added advantage.
- Project Management Certification (PMP, PRINCE2) or Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.
- Scrum and Agile methodologies
- Experience Minimum of 5 years of experience in business transformation, strategy execution, or enterprise project delivery with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong experience in process improvement methodologies in large organizations (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen).
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and cross-functional initiatives in operational excellence programs.
- Advanced proficiency in performance analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel).
Experience in telecoms, digital, or highly regulated industries preferred
Training:
- Post qualification trainings in Telecommunication and associated equipment trainings.
Post qualification Management trainings
Technical & Functional Competencies:
- Advance knowledge and good appreciation of continuous improvement methodologies/tools e.g. Lean, Six Sigma, BPM, etc.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and transformation frameworks.
- Proficiency in project management tools and enterprise portfolio management systems.
- Expertise in process improvement and operational excellence programs.
- Proficiency in change management practices and tools.
- Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Strategic thinking with strong business acumen.
- Process reengineering and optimization.

- Strategic thinking and strong execution capabilities.
- Advanced program management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource management.
