What You Will Be Doing

• Constructing highly precise Academic Data Reports and performing systematic reviews to identify issues, detect anomalies, and initiate resolutions within 48 hours
• Delivering rapid-response intervention calls and facilitating post-assessment coaching to eliminate blockers, distinguish knowledge deficits from mistakes, and sustain student motivation
• Assessing and integrating new educational applications and resources while prototyping AI and large-language-model solutions to advance learning methods and address specific obstacles
• Collaborating with leadership to enhance tools, dashboards, and mastery benchmarks as the AI tutor platform matures

• Attending lengthy meetings or producing generic presentations with no visibility into actual impact
• Scoring assignments, drafting lesson plans, or administering conventional educational programs—AI and innovation are the foundation of our approach
• Remaining at a strategic level without execution or being confined to repetitive tasks—this position is hands-on and fluid
  

Learning Experience Designer Key Responsibilities
Accelerate student learning performance through AI-powered analysis and real-time academic intelligence, evidenced by improved indicators such as 2× learning velocity, application engagement, lesson mastery, answer precision, and diminished negative learning behaviors across the Alpha Anywhere platform.
Basic Requirements

• Proven experience in data science or related capacity, education, EdTech, or a learner-support position combining analytical and interpersonal elements
• Competence in Google Sheets data operations (lookups, pivot tables, filtering)
• Strong emotional intelligence, excellent communication abilities, and a coaching approach suited for children
• Track record building workflows and automations using AI
  

Nice-to-have Requirements

• Foundation in learning science, educational theory, or proven success enhancing outcomes via data-driven methods
• Familiarity with Generative AI, prompting strategies, and introductory coding capabilities (Python, JavaScript, etc.) for interfacing with AI APIs

Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $30 USD/hour, which equates to $60,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
