Job descriptions & requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with preparing ingredients for cooking.
- Wash, peel, cut, and portion vegetables and other ingredients.
- Assist the cook with food preparation and basic cooking tasks.
- Keep kitchen surfaces, utensils, and equipment clean and organized.
- Wash dishes, pots, pans, and other kitchen utensils.
- Assist with receiving and properly storing food supplies.
- Maintain proper hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen.
- Dispose of kitchen waste appropriately.
- Follow food safety and hygiene procedures.
- Support the kitchen team with other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Previous kitchen or food service experience is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen hygiene.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Hardworking, reliable, and physically fit.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to work Saturdays and Sundays.
Location: Lashibi
Working Days: Saturdays & Sundays
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Salary: GHS 1,000 – GHS 1,500
